SENS eRecyling Rules of Entry
By entering in the competition, entrants accept the following rules:

Start and end date of the competition and prize
The competition will start on October 14, 2021 and will run until December 15, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. The prize winner will receive the following prize:
- SBB voucher worth CHF 300.00
You can enter the competition through the SENS website.
There will only be one winner, who will be picked by SENS.
The winner will be notified by private Facebook message or by e-mail. SENS shall be entitled to publish the winner's name and city of residence. No order or purchase is required to enter. All competition entrants have the same chance of winning.
No cash payment, transfer or legal recourse
There shall be no legal recourse. No cash payments will be offered. Any claim for payment will be excluded and no alternative prize will be offered. The prize may not be transferred or reassigned to another person.
Entry and exclusion
Entering the above promotion is free of charge. Entrants must be natural persons living in Switzerland, and aged 14 or over. Entrants are responsible for ensuring any data they provide is correct. Employees of the SENS Foundation, SUAN Conceptual Design GmbH, Open Interactive GmbH, dreifive Switzerland AG and their relatives are not permitted to enter.
Entrants accept the applicable data protection declaration and terms and conditions of use. Entrants specifically also acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with this data protection declaration and these terms and conditions of use, the data collected may be stored, processed and used for statistical purposes and marketing.
Announcement of the winner
The winner will be announced and contacted at the end of the competition. The winner will be asked to submit their contact details. If the winner fails to respond within four weeks of being notified, their entitlement to the prize shall lapse.
Organizer of this competition
This competition is in no way sponsored, supported, or administered by Facebook. All entrants expressly declare that they will not refer any claims arising from the competition to Facebook.
All questions, comments or complaints must be forwarded to SENS eRecycling and not to Facebook.
SENS eRecycling reserves the right to end the competition early, particularly if circumstances arise that may jeopardize the integrity of the competition or obligate SENS eRecycling to end the competition early.
Privacy
There shall be no legal recourse. SENS will not share your data with third parties and will delete the same once the competition has ended. All personal data provided to SENS eRecycling will be used exclusively in compliance with the applicable laws and data protection guidelines, which you may access here: www.erecycling.ch/landing-pages/impressum.html
